Okay I am approved to return to some types of working out and so I start today finally I can tell you I already feel it in my legs. They have gown heavy and I don't mean Thigh rubbing thighs friction heavy either. I mean like an effort to move heavy. Best thing to do is quit typing and return after I done some mine blowing weight routine that bathes me in sweat. Making me such a fierce looking warrior that cookies scream and run away when they see me. They know I will resist them they shall not win...
what really is going to happen I am going to do a mile on the treadmill fall over limp drag another mile on it, roll off sorta like a fish flopping nothing like one of those sexy combat rolls.
I will be spent heaving up a lung crawling to the kitchen and eating one of those Power inducing cookies...
This is Life and it is not all good.
I do have an interview coming up with a fitness addict. He is a strength and conditioning machine, not to mention a Know it all of everything in the universe. (well atleast that is according to him).
I have indeed all silliness aside a small workout i am going to do I will admit I have a Groin pulling fear.
I am off to prove my mettle in being proper in form and loving some workout time.

Weights on Wait, waiting to weights, not wanting to wait...
Well as of now the only satisfaction with my weights is staring at them in awe of all I could be aspiring to be, now with head down low and feeling at a loss I have put the weights on wait.
why am I staring down? Groin pull, on light cardio and light duty. This is the most suckiest even of my Month. I was doing things I was going somewhere, I could have been a contender....
what was I striving to do to make myself feel so lousy now that I can't for while? I was really looking forward to getting to my home gym, blaring some Music and lifting like the I was the goddess of Testosterone myself. Not really I don't plan to be buff I just planned more looking like a goddess. Well I guess I do the goddess of Flab yeah we will go with that one.
So putting the Wait on my weights, indeed is messing with my good ol get er done redneck karma. yes that right Vlue is from the southern charm areas, and throwing a hissy or three over this groin pull.
I am whining I know bless my heart someone has to feel for me right?
So what are my plans for my 3-4 months of easy going and easing back into it? I have to have a blan b-z don't I?
So I am having vitamins, eating will be cleaner and less outer :) happy day for Mr.Vlue he hates eating out a lot. His motto for going out is "Cheap, cheap"
I hate counting calories really I do and I do no better counting carbs and cutting out bread I lasted one day... Could not take it.
Congratulate me I am a Workout-Lifestyle change wannabe.

Week 2 Down Week 3 going strong whiskers is not as sick.
Week 2 is over only 6 more weeks to go I can do the whole set of reps 3x20 I feel like in two weeks I have come so far. I am growing stronger buffness is a short ways away. Not really :).
I have had to miss a day each week as a rest day I plan to make these up at the end adding a nother week to the program. Once I get better I will not miss a day. I have not missed a weight day just a cardio day actually 2 cardio days. So I am looking forward to finishing this and going to even more.
Today is week 3 day 2.

Week 1 Down and a sickly Whisker?
There is nothing in the world like the sad sinking feeling something is wrong and I know something is wrong with my youngest Whisker Charley He has't been eating with the gusto a growing GSD should. in fact he his just now after a week starting to eat something. we don't feed him a lot of people food I have gave him a little chicken meat to stimulate his hunger. sometimes it works sometimes he just acts like he he wants nothing at all. We found a lump it is pea size and feels solid but fatty. He has a vet visit coming up. Last night we found something new on this darling whisker it looks like melanoma on his nipple. which although it looks like that he won't let us look, the dog twists in ways that could confuse a contortionist. I have a hunch it may look like this but it could be just a scab from biting himself also. I am not trying to start dwelling on cancer and worst end scenarios. Although they do pop up, we will hopefully find out something soon enough.

Beginner Rookie yeah....
DONE! so there you have it today is Day 1 of WBC. I did my best I found out that I need to maybe just not start with such high lbs weights and go to a lower one for now.
The first workout I wanted to do ended up being way to much I am not just a beginner I am apparently a Beginner Rookie.
I did manage this one quiet well and even added Jumping Jacks and push ups to it. Looking forward to seeing some results over the next few months. winding down me and one of my whiskers plus a small catmeow (cameo) by the kitty.

Noviembre is here.
Ah at last beautiful November has landed and is in full force for mine and Hubby's Birthday Month.

5k Done. a Whiskers and a Ball.
I went from 58-59 mins down to 53:35 I was shocked feeling so badly I amazed my self. My legs are feeling it. i did my shape plan today with only 3 lbs weights yeah laugh I know I am, then later come back and you can see me brag about the 5lbs one next. Then so on and so on and up. See I already got you on the edge of your seat biting your nails eh?
Well I did an extra 20 Jumping Jacks and 10 crunches for good measure. I need a lot of work and I am starting at absolute resolve that I will go from zero to one in a million one day yeah, I am going to be that good or at least think it.
I have got all my water in for the day and less soda than normal even diet I know it's not that grand for me.
So one of Exercises today called for my Yoga ball and well my youngest Whiskers and my most helpful fitness buddy Charleston decided this was a new ball for him.
When I took the ball away he was not happy so I got it out and made him sit and tossed it up in the air and he would hit it knocking it back to me seemed very pleased with himself.

5K ~The Weight is on!
The weight training I have little knowledge in what to do how to do it and where to begin to do it.
With that said I have had a sweet lady friend of my Dawn from Conquer Life find and share with me a very basic beginner's women strength training. I am please to say that I feel quite well about trying this and tomorrow being Wednesday is a good day to start as I plan on doing it three times a week.
The workout Plan
This is from shape magazine and it is very basic and with weights. I hurt myself trying to do S90 it was to fast and to much weight for me, Why I thought starting with this would be a grand idea I never will know. After all I am a woman I don't expect to understand me half the time either.
Tomorrow not only starts this new basic weight training, it is also my 5k (walk day) I have been sick but feel heaps better and foresee doing this. Not 100% here but I am sure I will do find as long as I do it I will be happy. I am not looking to beat my time from my previous 5k it was 58-59 mins. I say this because I am sore and sick but I am striving to do my best.
I have missed my little workouts and can't wait to ease back into it.

Double Whammy flu-strep throat combo.
I was trying to be a little more dedicated to blogging not sure why. I got hit with a cold/flu then got better then got strep throat right after. Yes of course it's self diagnosed I study herbalism and being a CNA I am an official in my own right, an official on what makes me sick.
My husband had the flu I got sick, my grandmother in her 80's had seen the doctor for strep days before I got sick and i have all the signs and symptoms.
I have been so sick I have not trained properly for my 5k and it's tomorrow. Decisions Decisions, Should I just go and do my best or what? I want to try and be my best, but now I can't so i can at-least try and do my best feeling like this.
I am doing it indoors on the treadmill so maybe the comfort level will be better since the weather here is bad cold and rainy. I still have no desire to want to do 5k aching like this, but deep down inside I want to succeed.
Making this recipe tonight. in the crockpot right now and in 3.5 hours I am going to be in bliss.

Attempting a Beginning to an end?
Trying to get my life together I can visual in my head a plan but writing it down seems to look not so right? I just decided to break it all up in jumbles so when it's down on paper it is out of place looking. Trying to chart out tasks when I start working (still looking) I will have less time to incorporate stuff so if I start it now a list or a schedule I can go from there? Adjust it to a working woman's Schedule. So far I still have tons of stuff to do and it's almost 2 p.m here. The whiskers have been up to know good today from stealing each other's kibble, chasing the cat, and interwoofing yoga Practice.
If you are wondering my so called Yogi Coach things my feet are out of line today as he kept trying to push them around to the position he felt was best for him. This equal warrior 3 pose failure in the most epic proportions.

Finding a Beginners strength and Conditioning Program.
So I am wanting to get back into strength and conditioning, yeah that sounds like I have teetotally done it for a long time right? I was doing a plan my son made for me the problem was it was his plan and his fitness level is way beyond mind and I was struggling to keep up. I attempted a S90 series that hurt me as I did not know what I was really doing. When I got sick and put on my a fairly large amount of weight for my small frame and short height. I could do nothing walking 3 foot pain the only non painful thing I could do was lift a fork, spoon or shovel of food into my mouth.
How's that for strength training? I was full of the misconception I think most women are under that lifting weights will bulk you up like Arnold. (Note I said that in my best Arnold accent I could.)
Now I have seen women bodybuilders and personally I like having boobs. I have no intention to work out that way to get on the level those ladies have. I do not enjoy having to wait for my flab to stop waving 5 minutes after I have stopped waving.
So with that said I have done a little lack of knowledge weight lifting today. Just to do something so here is the big list don't hold your breath actually you could but you probably choke on the air laughing.
Really please don't I do not want to be the cause of your demise.
* 10 standing barbell Curls 22lbs
* 10 Inclined bench barbell bench presses 22lbs
* 10 wall pushups
ok ok Laugh but don't choke promise! :)
What I seriously want to do is tone up my arms the most. I have no problem doing legs as I do have access to my treadmill and Cycle.
I am working on a 5k train plan for spark people and going to participate in a Trick or Treat Trot on the 31st.
I found this little gem on the net today that I followed and enjoyed.

Fall is here!
Well here it is the time of year that usually brings on the happiness and utter joyous times of my life the fall. Me and the pets are all cozy up and staying in side a bit getting ready to enjoy some Homemade Herbal Dandelion Root Coffee. Drafting out a little late for the month a new strength training plan. Getting a head start on beating the winter blahs, and weight gains. Tonight's menu is Lasagna Soup.
A lovely recipe I been making for years. Fall always seems the best time to make this for me and Hubby. Now off to work on that Strength training draft, start some soup and have a heavenly smelling house for hubby's return from getting winter tires.
