5k Done. a Whiskers and a Ball.

I went from 58-59 mins down to 53:35 I was shocked feeling so badly I amazed my self. My legs are feeling it. i did my shape plan today with only 3 lbs weights yeah laugh I know I am, then later come back and you can see me brag about the 5lbs one next. Then so on and so on and up. See I already got you on the edge of your seat biting your nails eh?

Well I did an extra 20 Jumping Jacks and 10 crunches for good measure. I need a lot of work and I am starting at absolute resolve that I will go from zero to one in a million one day yeah, I am going to be that good or at least think it.

I have got all my water in for the day and less soda than normal even diet I know it's not that grand for me.
So one of Exercises today called for my Yoga ball and well my youngest Whiskers and my most helpful fitness buddy Charleston decided this was a new ball for him.



When I took the ball away he was not happy so I got it out and made him sit and tossed it up in the air and he would hit it knocking it back to me seemed very pleased with himself.
